My wife found a 2010 Honda civic for our son to drive to...

My wife found a 2010 Honda civic for our son to drive to college at your dealership. After the price was set there were ABSOLUTELY no games. Kim Knorr was absolutely fabulous to deal with and the whole process was one of the best car buying experiences in my 54 years. This great experience was after a horrible experience trying to deal on another Honda Civic at Bill Luke Dodge. They wanted to raise the price of their car $1000.00 because our son had secured his own financing at 3.99%. Their best rate was 7.99%. That sounds a lot underhanded to me and verges on extortion!!! I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or buy another vehicle fromVolvo of Tempe. Thanks Kim,

Wonderful service for a person new to buying. Fair price, no pushiness on warranties or extra features. Used car was thoroughly detailed beforehand. Beautiful car.

I walked into this dealership dreading the process since...

I walked into this dealership dreading the process since I have never had a pleasurable experience with the car purchasing process. However, my view was quickly changed upon meeting the team at Volvo of Tempe. Kim Knorr instantly welcomed me with a smile, and I instantly felt his genuine sincerity in assisting me with my car purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job running through the features of the car, but not only that, of the Volvo brand itself. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the safety features of the Volvo S60, and the many advances Volvo is taking for the future brand. What I loved was Kim never once made me feel pressured into purchasing a car, and the entire experience and choices were in my hands. He walked me through the process and every step of the way he educated me on the steps being taken. The finance manager, JP, then entered into the deal and to my surprise he was just as wonderful as Kim. The minute he walked up to me to say he found an even better rate than I was originally quoted just a few minutes before told me that they truly had my best interest in mind. The final process of signing the docs was just as pleasurable as choosing the car. JP didn't try to cram ridiculous packages down my throat at the end, and truly let me decide what was best for me while educating me on the choices I had. I walked out of that place in two hours with a tremendouis deal on the exact car that I wanted. Driving that car off of the lot gave me much pleasure and satisfaction, and I truly believed I received a top notch deal from a top notch team at Volvo of Tempe. Overall, the customer service was tremendous, warm and welcoming, and the overall experience was delightful. I can honestly say that this team changed by view of the car purchasing process and of car sales teams overall. I hope that all car dealerships can learn from this team, and live up to the high expectations that I now have from car dealerships. I give this team two thumbs up!

Volvo of Tempe provided outstanding service after an accident. Jud is the best service writer I've encountered. He went the extra mile; installing my child seat in the loaner and putting it back in my car.

In my over 45 years of experience of purchasing,financing and maintainence,VOLVO of Tempe,Az. is one of the very few places, where,"Customer Satisfaction" is not an empty slogan. When it was time to replace our daughter's 2004 Volvo...

When it was time to replace our daughter's 2004 Volvo S60 she knew another Volvo was what she was interested in shopping for. Over the years, we have purchased several new vehicles both mid and high end range and this was truly the BEST experience due to the straight forward sales approach we received from Andre Antunes and Volvo of Tempe. The lack of pressure to make a buying decision on the spot was a relief. We appreciated the integrity and the ethical values behind Volvo of Tempe and feel good about the buying decision we made with the purchase of the XC60. Pam and Matt Pastor

I brought my car in to Jud. I have worked with Jud since I bought my 2005 S60. Just recently my car needed a new transmission. I know it wasn't easy for Jud to break the news to me. He is kind and compassionate and I felt completely comfortable with the diagnosis. Jud helped me wight the pros and cons of fixing vs buying. He had then introduced me to Andre, who I had conversed with on a previous visit for service. Andre helped me through the decision of either buying or leasing a new vehicle. My husband mentioned to me that perhaps I would want to consider other car options. I have driven a Volvo for over 15 years and I have been so happy with the service (Jud) that I did not want to bother going anywhere else. it was an easy painless transaction and I hope to have several years with my newly leased S60. Our plan, through Andre's suggestion, is to buy a car when the lease is up and take advantage of going to Sweden to get our car. My husband and I look forward to this goal. Thank you guys!!! Jud White is excellent--he always gives me the day and time of service I request when service is elective, and handles my emergencies immediately. Quality of work is top-notch, and Jud makes me feel that Volvo of Tempe's service of my car is personal.
