Hi, I was looking for a nice ride for 3 weeks. Almost bought before I came to Volvo. Was looking at a convertible. I wanted the best car for my money and was really sensitive about credit rate. I spoke with Kim Knorr and he listened to my needs. He took me over to my now new dream car. I got a great deal on a used Benz. I am so happy. I now have a great car guy in my cell phone that I can honestly call a friend of mine.. You will be in great hands when your looking for a used high end or dependable vehicle. Thanks Kim!!!

Honest Service Dept
My 1999 Volvo S80 developed a noise in the front steering. I took the car to Jorge and the folks at Volvo of Tempe. Rather than some expensive estimate to replace a bunch of parts they came back and told me it was a simple repair that could be done on the spot for less than $75. I know some of my future repairs will be more-- but its nice to know that they are only recommending what is needed.

Broke the car twice, never fixed it and charged us
We have had repeated problems with service at the is dealership. We’re on our fourth Volvo, but won’t buy another because we simply cannot get good service here in Phoenix. Each time we brought in the car, it left with more problems than when it arrived. The last straw was when they left a bunch of suspension bolts loose and missing after the last service and the car was stranded at the side of the road seven miles from the dealership. They charged us for a tow and insisted “we could not prove they caused the problem” This after they replaced both struts and all the bushings. Another mechanic found the problem—loose bolts left on top of the suspension components and a damaged axle. The manager told me the problem was we had an old car and no-one could work on it anymore (it’s ten years old!) We had always had a problem with over-billing—the price was NEVER what they quoted, plus the work was NEVER done correctly. After a year of trying, I have given up and concluded these people are criminals. Do not go to this dealer.

To my surprise....great buying experience
Very nice experience chasing all the way to the east valley to purchase our new to us 2010 BMW 335i convertible......sales guy Chris Wolfe was courteous and helpful and financing was mostly a breeze...got us a great rate for used 8.xx%......Kevin Green was professional and made the paperwork smooth.....Brandon Bonds too quick care of a check engine light.....Shop there with no fear for used or new...we recommend it! Recent Service for Volvo XC90
Jud White was friendly, professional and provided great service. Had to have the engine mounts, windshield wipers and service lights replaced. My oil change was free due to the 5th service visit. I also received a 10% discount on all fees with received discount card from Tempe Volvo.

Excellent Service
I have had my Volvo's serviced at Volvo of Tempe for many years and have always had great service. Josh Parkhouse is my service advisor and he is excellent to work with. He keeps me informed and explains why the repairs are needed. Josh is very professional and courteous and I highly recommend him.

THE BEST!
We had a pleasure to work with Christopher, Kim & Dwayne to purchase our new Volvo. They made what is usually a stressful experience easy and fun. They were always there to answer all my questions and I had a lot. There was never any pressure and they were upfront about everything and kept all their promises. Excellent service. No pressure. Answered my questions quickly and honestly. Verified my credit information, calculated my loan payment and other information. I bought the car and was on my way in just over two hours. Kim was exceptional. The finance team was helpful, straightforward and easy to work with. After corresponding with Todd for over 2 months before...
After corresponding with Todd for over 2 months before acquiring our V70R, we decided to make an appointment to have the timing belt replaced along with the tensioner, waterpump, idler pulley, and serpentine belt. He was very quick at responding to questions and made sure that all our concerns were addressed. Upon arriving at the dealership, Todd was there to greet us and was phenomenal to deal with. He kept us updated as to the status of the repairs and even went a step further and completed a full 27 point inspection at no charge. All the work was completed on time and he even was able to get our fuel tank door locking mechanism replaced on the same day. If you are looking for a place to have your Volvo serviced in Arizona, head out to Volvo of Tempe and ask for Todd. Todd made sure that our new V70R was ready for the 2000 mile journey home.
