AVOID AT ALL COST!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever experienced. We bought a certified pre owned from them on a Tuesday by Thursday we have a steering problem and it keeps flashing that the transmission needs service. This clearly shows that their 100 point inspection that they show you is garbage and none of the cars have actually been gone thru before hitting the lot. I called on Friday and spoke with the sales manager Bailey. Bailey informed me that he will get this taken care of immediately and the service manager would be giving me a call in a few minutes this was at 11:45am. I got a call at 4:45 from a service advisor telling me they couldn’t get the car I bought 48 hours before hand in until the following Friday. This is my wife’s car so she has my kids and herself in it everyday so to think that I should just let her drive it being as the steering and transmission we’re having problems is completely idiotic. The next day I went to meet with the gm because at this point I didn’t want to buy the car anymore cause clearly they sold me a defective car. I told Justin Conover (gm) that I would like to return the car and cancel the deal. He then showed why his last name fits him perfectly and told me he’s not obligated to cancel the deal and could care less about it. This is why I said avoid at all cost if a gm is going to tell you something like that as a customer then I’m willing to bet the whole dealership is that way if the leader is projecting that kind of extremely poor customer service. I made the mistake of not believing the reviews on this place and now look I’m another one in line writing a bad review. Do your self a favor and stay away from this buy here pay cadi dealer cause that how you will he treated

Lol this is the terrible customer service I’m talking about yes Justin I brought the vehicle in just to find out there is several things wrong with the transmission on a certified vehicle. Bought a cadi now I’m driving a rental jeep compass for god know how long considering you service director said he has no idea an eta on the parts. So here I am 5 days into a car deal and I have no idea when I will get the car I bought. If you would Just let me out of the deal you wouldn’t be going thru this but because your ego and arrogance won’t let you hear we are so yeah thanks for selling me a broken car then acting like your doing me a favor fixing the car that was probably broken from the start considering it had problems 48 hours later

Not helpful. Just told us the markup amount and to order off the website. Seemed like the entire staff were surfing on their phones. Did not give us contact information or thank us for coming in. We won't be back
