Excellent Experience!

We really appreciated the "no pressure" environment and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Barry Northan was an excellent sales consultant!!

Over charge for labor

Took car in for an oil change and had them install a grill for the lower bumper. They had the car for 1 hour and charged me $130 hourly rate just to install the grill (a 15min job). I would shop around before having them install components on your vehicle, I had a 50% cheaper quote from other Cadillac dealerships to have similar components installed .

Great Service experience at Earnhardt Cadillac

Had a couple of loud noise issues in my CTS-V, a rattle at slow speeds in a parking lot, and a very loud whine in the rest of the car. I first went to a dealer in Tempe and was told "That is normal, they all do that". I made an appointment at Earnhardt Cadillac in Chandler. I arrived very early, before the service center opened. I started talking with the service people who were there before business hours. They popped open the hood in the driveway and found a broken engine cover was making the noise. When the service center opened, they immediately took the car into the service bay and heard the whine noise i had discussed. They then drained the differential fluid and found metal particles! They gave me a ride to my house while they rebuilt the differential. The car is now repaired and is so much quieter !! The repair was covered under warranty. I recommend Earnhardt Cadillac to everyone.

service and repairs were good but it took 10 days to get a repair date which included a courtesy car.

Be Aware, Please Read

First off this is the first review I have ever written as a small business owner I know how a bad review can impact your business, but after the expenses Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac caused me I felt the need to warn other consumers. I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from a private party and brought my vehicle for an overall check to make sure everything was working properly and to have a few minor cosmetic defects to be fixed. After spending $1100 they told me everything looked great and I left with a big burn in my bumper from their technician dropping a soldering iron on it and a few weeks after I had this done my engine blew, this would have been prevented if their technician did their job on checking the engine, which I paid them to do.

The service adviser Tim Harris is one of the best. He was very efficient and polite. He arranged my car to be cleaned. Excellent service

Cadillac SRX

We purchased our first Cadillac from Earnhardt and were very pleased with the sales and service staff. We love our new Cadillac but were disappointed the vehicle did not come with a garage door opener installed in the vehicle. We did buy the base model but thought that the garage door opener should be standard equipment for this type of luxury vehicle.

Service was great.

Just a basic visit with an oil change. Treated very well. No pressure to buy new from salespeople, everyone seemed friendly. Great waiting area amenities. Easy to locate and access from freeway.
