Everything regarding warranty items highlighted were taken care of to my satisfaction. Only miss was for the added detail of the car interior/exterior. It was there several day now I will have to find another time to bring it in for this. Overall still vey satisfied.

Great service. NEW facility.
SRX is 6 months old with low mileage, but we had a couple of messages come up on our display. Gil and team thoroughly checked out the car and corrected the messages (no real issues with vehicle operation). The One Armour application made the car sparkle. Service was thorough and timely. Gil even took the time to show us the new facility. We'll be back.

Auto Purchase Pleasure
Well, as usual, we got the renowned Earnhardt warm reception when we arrived. After being cordially welcomed by Tex, Jim, and Hal we were handed off to the very capable hands of Carl Pratt. Carl showed us a few cars we were interested in before settling on the one we decided to purchase. Our situation required some special attention for our trade in and Andy handled that with great finess. End of the day, we have a beautiful new car and a well-established relationship with some great people!

Great Service! A++++++++
Everyone was really great at this location! Gill stayed in contact with me and updated while I waited for my vehicles inspection to be complete. I would've completed service there but my cousin is a mechanic, so he will be completing my work as he is my normal mechanic. I trust Cadillac that is why I went to verify what was wrong. I will be having my airbag module and steering wheel sensor completed at Cadillac, because I would only trust them with my airbag and steering safety. Cadillac treated me great, and I happy I went to the new location.
