Not What I'm Accustomed To

My two issues are as follows: 1. Coming from my previous GMC, Buick dealer in CT I was accustomed to my vehicle being washed after service and here you obviously don't perform that service for the customer. 2. Green marker was left on the windshield that the washer fluid would not remove. It appeared to be a time.

Excellent Service Deartment

Literally in the 50 years I have owned vehicles this is the first Service person I totally trust. He save me $900 on one visit alone!

Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac is great

I recently purchased my first Cadillac and regret not buying on 10 years ago. Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac treated me fairly, I never felt pressured, they were courteous, the dealership has a wide array of inventory and I highly recommend them

Earnhardt Caddilac Service Department

Excellent service as always. Nick from the service department was very professional and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I will continue to service my XTS at Earnhardt and will more than likely purchase my next Cadillac from them.

Great Experience!

I can't say enough about my recent experience at Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac! Sales professional Paul Egger was friendly, informed and interested in answering all of my questions. He also introduced me to other key dealership personnel. My time spent at the dealership was enjoyable and rewarding. I am also very impressed with my XT5!

H vac booster replacement

My brakes were grabbing and then the car would stall. Anthony in the service department was courteous, kind, and respectful. They did not have a loaner vehicle for me but had a gentleman took me home. A couple of hours later Anthony called and said they had a loaner available and the same gentleman would pick me up so I could give them my insurance information and drivers license number. It seems the H vac booster had failed on my ten month old new 2015 Cadillac. The only thing that annoyed me was when he asked if I had an appointment. I consider the loss of the breaks an emergency, and thus not something you would have made an appointment for.. I understand the question is necessary when a customer walks in. But I am 73, a great grandmother, and if irritated will bite back. Jackie Ogden

Great Customer Service

RJ Johnson took very good care of us, he took his time making sure we found the right color and options on the vehicle my wife wanted. He helped make the whole experience painless and fun. This is the second vehicle baught at this dealer and I have left extremely satisfied and happy.

Service Department Really Cares for Customers

I arrived at the dealership at 0730 with an agenda of 1 routine service task and 1 mechanical issue. I was prepared to wait the anticipated 4 hours for my car. By 0830 the service team had determined that the items would require the entire day to rectify and offered a loaner car. I was pleased that they didn't 'hold' me there any longer than necessary.

Excellent--professional service AGAIN!!

Had dead battery...got a jump and called service dept to see if they could get me in. No problem....had me on my way with a new battery within 90 minutes. Excellent!!!
