Would have liked a better deal on trade in.

Would have liked a better deal on trade in. 5000 was low bid when paying full price for car. If I had more time I would have sold privately.

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Mr.

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Mr. Chris Knutson, he has been to this date the best car salesman I have ever worked with! His professionalism, his kindness, consideration, no fluff approach to our interaction is what sold us on the car. Personally, I dislike going through the car buying process because you never know who you are going to interact with or if you are going to walk out of the dealership feeling like someone took advantage of you in a situation that many people feel vulnerable in. Mr. Knutson makes you feel at complete ease during the entire process, from answering every question you might have, to asking questions to make you feel you are being cared for. I just wanted to make sure that his hard work & effort goes recognized by the community he is serving on a daily basis. Thank you to Acura, Mr.Knutson & your team!
