First Time BMW Owner

My first experience purchasing a BMW was an incredible one! From start to finish, Ed and the rest of the staff at Visalia BMW were nothing short of welcoming and professional. Ed, Fred, and Mike made this such a flawless experience for me! I would purchase another vehicle from them and recommend others to do the same.

Poor customer service - can't be bothered after the sale

Purchased my second car from Ed recently and after the sale he hounded me by text message asking me to write him good reviews on this and other sites, which I did. Then when I contacted him and asked him to intercede on an issue I had with the service department (Steve and some other service advisor who's name I can't remember flat out LIED to me) he couldn't seem to find the time. Thanks a lot Ed. Go to out of town to buy a new BMW, and go to Bavarian Autohaus for out of warranty service. These guys don't deserve your business.

Professional, thorough and customer focussed

Great experience dealing with Ed Fuentes. He was very thorough and spent considerable time working through options for us, while always tying to create the best deal for us. Cannot recommend Ed highly enough.

Great service. Very helpful staff Shayne Roberts went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very satisfy with the dealership. Awesome experience. Overall it was an amazing experience

The customer service we recivied at BMW of Visalia was beyond our expectations, Edward Fuentes helped us with the entire process of finding the perfect car. Ed took time to get to know about us and make us feel comfortable, he found us the right car for an amazing price and we were able to drive it home that same day. He showed us all the neat features the car had which made us fall in love with the car even more. We are grateful for all the help and we would recommend BMW of Visalia to everyone.

Awesome Experience

I contacted Ashley Adams and let her know the vehicle I was interested in. I arrived and the car was out front clean and ready for me to test drive. She went above and beyond for me. I purchased the car that day. They even told me they would detail my car in a week whenever I returned to bring my title for my trade in. My experience was more than I expected and more.

not the best first impression

I was at BMW of Visalia, this summer, just looking around and was introduced to Rick, the 'sales manager'. He asked me if i was there to buy a car and i told him that they didn't have anything fast enough, on the lot, for me. (i didn't see any M1's, M3's, M5's, or M6's) He said, OK, and that was the end of his attempt to sell me a vehicle. i have owned 3 BMWs, and if i were to buy another one, i would never think of visiting BMW of Visalia. I mean, really, how are you managing sales if you aren't attempting to satisfy customer desires? he could have easily talked to me about what kind of performance i required and done a simple inquiry to see if he could get a vehicle brought to the store for me to test drive......but i guess that requires a 'sales manager' to do some work and think of ways to please the customer.

First of all I would like to start with an apology. Rick is new to our Center and new to the BMW brand. Rick has been very successful in his career as a Sales Manager and I am sure when your questions were presented to him he was not sure on how to handle them as you well know the M brand vehicles are extremely difficult to obtain at this time even for several customers whom we have taken deposits from on special orders. Rick is aware however of the difficulty in obtaining the M cars at this time because of very limited production, so he was not sure how to handle this situation and I take full responsibility for that. I should have briefed him better if such a request for an M car came about. As always were are always striving to improve or process's to make our customer experience better. 2nd chance

After my unpleasant experience, I received a call from owner, Mike Castro the next morning. Mr. Castro was very friendly and very apologetic for my bad experience at BMW of Visalia. I felt the true sincerity from his apologies for being treated like I wasn't a valued customer. I decided to give them a second chance and met with Mr. Castro. He did his best to give me the best deal on the car I was interested in. Thanks to Mr. Castro, I am now the proud owner of the vehicle I was interested in. Much thanks to RC De La Cruz for helping us out. He was very courteous. Ed Fuentes, knew just how to answer all of my financing questions and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend asking for any of these individuals when at BMW of Visalia. Owner Vic Surroz, processed my paperwork and was very thorough and the transaction was pretty quick. I also met Ernie Romero in the parts department. Ernie was very knowledgeable and provided quick answers to all of my questions. Thank you all for showing me I can trust you guys. I look forward to continuing to do business with you all.

Hats Off To BMW and Their Amazing Service!

We considered other luxury vehicles and were open minded to all manufacturers. We experienced several typical car salesmen and tactics prior to entering BMW of Visalia. However the moment we walked in we were relieved by the pressure free service and the knowledge Shayne Roberts provided. Shayne listened to our "wants" and provided options that met our needs. We cannot begin to express how honest Shayne and Mike were throughout the entire purchasing process. We now understand why their are so many repeat BMW owners. Thank you and we will be back.
