Living in Las Vegas and in the big city sometimes you get lost in the dust. So many times dealerships don't really worry about the needs and concerns of the customer. My wife and I found out that even though we had to drive almost 400 miles to BMW of Visalia, it was well worth the drive. From the very start we didn't feel pressured and Ashley Adams was courteous, friendly, and really listen to our needs. She went the extra mile to help us in giving us links to hotels and direction to the dealership. Also Shane Roberts who took over the deal after she was off was no less than exceptional. They both worked great together.along with Barth in finance helping to close the deal. Overall Superb dealership and personnel. Definitely will buy our next BMW at BMW of Visalia, regardless of the 400 mile drive from Las Vegas
