My wife and I were looking for a luxury SUV that was a couple years old, low miles and great condition. After scouring the internet and visiting several dealerships we were growing frustrated. There was nothing that matched what we were looking for within our budget. A BMW X3 or X5 was what we really wanted, so we decided to give BMW of Visalia a try. From the minute we walked on the lot, it was a completely different experience than what I was used to. Our salesman was Ed Fuentes and I could tell right away he was the right guy for us. Very knowledgeable, but never pushy. Ed found us a 2013 BMW X3 in brand new condition with only 19,000 miles on it. We absolutely loved the car, but were waiting for the sticker shock. But that never came.....in fact Ed delivered a price under what we thought the "rock bottom" price was going to be. Then he put together an unbelievable financing plan with warranty & maintenance that got us the monthly payment we needed, while still being covered for another 4 years on the vehicle! We could not be happier with our experience at BMW of Visalia. You can tell they are just good people that care about customers and have a lot of honesty and integrity. We knew what we wanted, but they helped make the process enjoyable and stress free. They stayed late, answered our questions and followed up with us after the purchase to make sure we were happy.
