Ashley and Arcenio were amazing! From the first call to the last handshake, their understanding of my need and exceeding the need was superb. They truly went beyond what was "normal" in the transation. I can honestly say, it was one of my top 3 best purchasing experiences I have ever had. I instantly loved the esthetic look of the i3 REx bmw and was even more excited about it after I drove it! So much more than "just a car"! Great service and friendly staff
I visited BMW of Visalia and had a really good experience. They helped me get the vehicle I wanted and I walked out happy. Very friendly staff and lot was clean and kept well. They even managed to find me a lower interest rate a day later...it helped a lot.

FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP
I attempted to purchase an X5 for a great price. But after my credit report was ran and all the paperwork was ready to sign the dealer said never mind. That they wanted to sell to a wholesaler for more money. Waste of time and if that wasn't bad enough I had some RUDE individual by the name of mike (claiming he was a manager) call me and try to bully me into paying more for the vehicle or buy accessories to compensate for there lose. Not to mention he lied and said his name was mark??These people are fraudulent and a waste of time. Not surprising considering they are located in the middle of nowhere!

I want to apologize if there was any misunderstanding today on the X5 that you are speaking of in this review. We did not want to sell you the vehicle at a higher price nor was a higher price ever presented to you as you can see by the quote you received via email. Please review the quote once again. I realize you wanted to purchase this vehicle because it was almost $9,000 below Kelly Blue Book. I am sorry you decided not to purchase it from us as it was a great buy. Also as you can tell by all the reviews we are a very high standard honest BMW Dealership. We are also a BMW Center of Excellence award winner which is only awarded to the Best BMW Centers in the USA. Once again my apologies if there was any misunderstanding. Friendly and Easy Transaction
RC met me promptly once I walked in. Was greeted with a nice smile. He showed me the car I was interested in. Answered all my questions. He was very prompt and courteous. Even after the sale and a day later he was still willing to answer questions and offered for me to txt or call him on his personal phone if there is anything he can do for me. After the arrogance and attitude that I had experienced at other luxury dealerships in this area, I was pleasantly reminded by BMW of Visalia that good, down to earth, respectful, and honorable dealerships still exist.
