Beverly Hills BMW, service department biggest rip off
Beverly Hills BMW, service department biggest rip off ever. $4200 for a small repair. Are these people out of their minds! They say it?s because of parts such xx parts shouldn?t be that expensive. What a complete joke. And by the way, my car drives perfectly. It was a message I was getting on my screen. There?s nothing wrong with my car. I have the I4 electric car.

Excellent customer service, fast turnaround time for the question, and appointment schedule. They sent a video clip to show what needs to be repaired or fixed. Online message from the mechanic to accept or decline the service question with each checkpoint. Nice.

Exceptional experience with Amin Rezaei, outstanding attention to detail, super friendly and thoughtful and VERY knowledgeable. Took care of everything and was always available to answer every question. Sales manager Lizandro also wonderful, wants to build long term relationships with satisfied customers and his strategy is working - we will return when our lease is up!

Francisco Valles was my service advisor. Excellent customer service. However, something to improve on is the interaction at the front desk outside. Instead of asking me who my service advisor is or who I had before (first time maintenance), they should just ask for the paperwork and take it from there.

Love the car but the delivery was not that great even
Love the car but the delivery was not that great even though it was overcast out side the car was dirty on the outside not washed or waxed i had to do it today myself also the engine compartment also was filthy
