I have had my service adviser ? Dung Trinh ? for years through 4 BMWs and he?s been a reliable communicative adviser. One of the few local dealers with a sizable loaner fleet or service shuttle. Thank you!

Not sure about the repairs because just got the car back

Not sure about the repairs because just got the car back but the facilities were not as nice as most BMW dealerships. I felt like the service advisors were trying to make extra money by charging for things that should have been covered and also said they would discount things that later they said they did but told me the wrong amounts which leads me to believe is was not true. They try to confuse you by giving you a bunch of ?receipts? to sign. I wouldn?t go here if you want straightforward pricing and honest dealings.
