From making the appointment to the clean, finely tuned car they deliver, the experience is exceptional. The follow-up is a relief and all the employees are courteous and helpful. I can't think of anything I could suggest to improve their service.

I feel like I am talking to my close friends when I talk with service advisors, Kiki and service manager, Dung Trinh at the BMW Beverly Hills. They always explain the issues on my vehicles in a plain language and it helped me to make a quick decision on the repair options. I have been taking my BMW vehicles (745, 750, 540 and X5) to the dealership for the past 20 years. I never felt I was overcharged for the service.

It is so nice to have an advisor. My advisor is Paul who explains everything and is so kind. Very thorough. My repairs went smoothly and my car is riding so well. (As always)
