No negotiation at all on price, no offer of incentives. Salesperson hadn’t read communication prior to the visit. Took an incredibly long time (over 3 hours) after I made the decision to buy the car, most of it was waiting for someone to meet with me to try to sell me additional services and packages, then to wait for someone to be available to review paperwork and get signatures. We’ve bought many cars, this took longer than any other experience we’ve ever had.

I hope this message finds you well. Over the years, I have been very satisfied with the service provided by the Beverly Hills BMW Service Center. However, I regret to share that my recent service experience did not meet the high standards I have come to expect. After being informed that my X5 was ready for pickup, I arrived at the service center and waited for my vehicle. While I noticed that other customers typically received their cars within 5 to 10 minutes, I had to wait over 30 minutes before my vehicle was delivered. When I inquired about the delay, I was told there was no clear reason for it. Upon returning to my office, I discovered a small scratch on the left front bumper of my car, which was not there prior to this service visit. This was disappointing and concerning, as I take great care to maintain my vehicle in excellent condition. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I value the service your team provides and hope this incident can be addressed appropriately to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns. My service adviser was 40 minutes late to our scheduled

My service adviser was 40 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. Overall, everything is very slow here. When I can to collect my car I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring it down.
