Wael is wonderful and amazing.

Wael is wonderful and amazing. This is my third car I have gotten from this dealership from Wael, I will always call him first, he takes great care of me. He listens to my needs and delivers!

Excellent service again from Bmw Beverly Hills my

Excellent service again from Bmw Beverly Hills my customer service rep, Francisco V. Went over and beyond to make sure that my warranty for my battery was kept and they did a phenomenal job reviewing the car, inspecting the car with the videos and the analysis to make sure my car was safe. Everything was done in a timely manner. Excellent work!

I have been a long-term lessee and/or owner of BMW's from this dealership for at least ten years always because of Neda in sales who provides an exemplary service. The service department however has been a disappointment many times but none worse than today when i appeared for my 2nd recall within 4 months due to BMW brake deficiency. I was mistreated, insulted and generally berated by employees who were unable to return my vehicle to me after I was told first that the letter re recall was an error and no recall was necessary and then told it was necessary but no loaner person was available to provide me a car. I explained that a family emergency required my immediate departure and it took 20 minutes to return my car to me. Lastly, the female employee managing the loaner car arrangement was impudent, insulting and out of control. i don't need such treatment and will not return to that dealer. I would not suggest anyone else to enter that dealership as they appear to be short of staff and attract untrained employees. Sadly, I lose the one asset of Neda for my next car.

We've been there in Dec 2024. Excellent sales person, Konstantin. All questions were resolved and price was negotiated promptly in a very friendly and professional way. Financial department worked quite slow, made a few errors. Carefully check your contract docs in this place.

My experience with BMW Service has always been excellent. Sarkis know i wait for my car and takes care of me promptly. My only complaint this visit is the electrical outlet were not working in the waiting lounge.

Brought my 2019 530E in for oil service and a few other

Brought my 2019 530E in for oil service and a few other little things. Advisor (Mike, I think) explained what else was recommended and why. I agreed to the additional items and went to the customer lounge. Car was ready earlier than expected, all items completed, and paperwork ready immediately. I couldn't be happier
