I purchased a 2019 530E from Jeremy, who was very nice. 3 months in the car died completely on the road. They guaranteed this car as pre certified and could not offer the full warranty because I was the third owner. I got BMW corporate involved. They understand why I am upset, but the dealership is who is ultimately responsible. The manager was asked several times to contact me and never has. Jeremy even reached out to see if he has. I cannot get Paymon in the phone. It cost me close to 4 grand in repairs. All from them not checking the 12 volt batteries before I bought the car.

My service expert, Sarkis, is out of this world. So accommodating, responds to my messages IMMEDIATELY, goes above and beyond what?s asked of him and a true gentleman. Makes sure my car is sparkling clean when I pick it up and he and Amanda set up my round trip transportation together. A plus plus plus !

Wael was a great salesperson. He was honest and fair. When he saw that we were serious buyers, he came up with a fair price and reasons terms without overselling. While in the dealership, I came across two other very happy Buyers, which confirmed our decision to go with this dealership.
