The repairs completed on my vehicle were overpriced and the team members were unprofessional. I would NOT recommend taking your car in for service there.

I dropped my car in for a few problems and the estimated price went to a thousand dollars. The representative was very upset when I disagreed most of the paid services and continued to ask me and convince me to buy all them like I have no previous experience with any cars. The only request that was covered by warranty was I want them to fix my light projectors as they are facing at a different angle. When the video inspection said they fixed it, they actually did nothing and the problem persists.

Job was done super quick and all that the car needed was covered, Kiki is always terrific, although I did not buy my car from your dealership, I always take them to you for service

Wall Azzam made my experience purchasing a car a pleasant one. He was a good listener and problem solver. The first two cars I displayed an interest in and test drove with him I didn't like. He listened to my likes and dislikes about each car. I laid down the criteria of what I wanted and he went back to the drawing board, his computer to see if their inventory had my dream car. And. It did! He had it shipped to the dealer, i test drove it, and was thrilled. He was also very knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions. His friendly nature and patience of a saint was also appreciated. I would gladly recommend him to any of my friends and clients who were seeking to purchase a bee BMW.

Francisco and Alex were awesome. Came in needing a new set of tires and they were able to answer all of my questions and get me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I really had a bad feeling going to dealerships for repairs and maintenance. But BMW of BH has really resorted my faith in dealerships. I've already scheduled my next service this dealership.

Unfortunately, my experience at BMW Beverly Hills Service Center was really Bad. I was charged a month ago to fix the Break sound, but the sound never disappeared. I was told to come back again after 200 miles. Upon returning to fix the same issue, I was told that I've to repay more than last time, and if I don't like it, tough. Too bad, after twenty years of going to that Center, this will be my last time going there. The repair is like Trial n Error and keep charging customers. How can you trust them? Really Sad! If they dont honor their workship Why anyone would go thete!
