Ruby was my service advisor and she was fantastic. I don?t know much about cars but she was able to explain the repairs and my warranties in great detail. I will be requesting her going forward.

I had financing when I walked in, the finance pulled a
I had financing when I walked in, the finance pulled a bait and switch, gave my BMW Financial without ever asking me. Been 3 weeks and my salesperson Saleh has yet to give me my second team. Kept being told ?20 minutes? at the dealership, took nearly 4 hours, just avoid, there are other BMW Dealerships.

Service advisor was polite and efficient.
Service advisor was polite and efficient. Came in for an oil change and brake fluid replacement. A video was taken to show inspection and oil change. When I drove away I noticed the indicator was on saying I needed brake fluid, and also that the next service date was in 2001 and my battery was low, and the time was blank. I alerted the advisor who addressed the computer glitches and assured me the brake fluid was indeed replaced but I am left with a lingering concern that something was left unfinished and that I may have paid $250 to drive around with stale brake fluid. I miss the old days when you could see the technicians working on your car in the open air and know that they were performing the intended services. Now they just take it to the dungeon down below and you have to hope that an honest transaction will take place. I contacted the advisor regarding my concern but have yet to hear back. The facilities are nice though.
