Great experience highly professional.

Great experience highly professional. Justin gave me a great welcome and made it a smooth process. Porters were efficient and even cleaned up my car a bit without me asking. Would definitely return.

Gus was A+ from start to finish.

Gus was A+ from start to finish. Came in for a recall and ended up buying the Oil Change deal. They were so on it and my car was ready in less than 90 minutes.

I would like to say that I would have given this service

I would like to say that I would have given this service a negative star if I could because the first service adviser by the name of SARKIS KEHEYAN was the rudest most unprofessional advisor I have ever encountered. I had a flat tire and he refused to look at it and made me go to an auto shop to get my car inspected. He insisted that the service center could not inspect my tire (I clearly had a flat) and that they could only replace them. He was so unhelpful and made me turn around in the rain.

After having a terrible first experience at the service

After having a terrible first experience at the service center, I was very fortunate to have Frank be my advisor. The minute I arrived at the service center, he immediately asked if I had been assured. I told him about my terrible first experience and he immediately provided me with the best customer service. He made all my headaches go away and made the process super swift. He was kinda and empathetic and really went above and beyond to made me feel like a valued customer. Needless to say, I will only come back to Frank for future services. Thank you, Frank!

Sometimes you can?

Sometimes you can?t avoid a dealership because they have the car in stock you want. However, Jennifer was the worst salesperson. She lacked any vehicle knowledge regarding warranties, didn?t give us any insight as to what next steps were throughout the in person buying process, and we ultimately spent 4 hours to take receipt of a car. Her inability to provide customer service was a joke for ?world famous? BH BMW. Note: I?ve purchased numerous vehicles from all levels of dealerships.
