Not impressed
Went to get an oil change. Because I didn’t get a ton of other things done, and only added the suggested maintenance for the rear differential fluid to be changed, the person wasn’t to happy about it. When it was time to get my car and pay the bill, the service person knew I had been waiting awhile and only offered a car wash after the car was already brought around from the service bay. I declined so I could leave. Getting in my car to go I found the paper floor mat was left in there as well as the numbered service hang tag on the dash and a bunched up pile of plastic left on my passenger seat. I didn’t appreciate all this being left in my car when the car in front of mine had these things being removed by the service person exciting that vehicle. I plan to look for another service place and not return to this location for any service needed on my car. Didn’t appreciate the passive/aggressive attitude.

Kind, courteous, professional dealership. Went in for new brake pads. Was told wasn't absolutely necessary at the moment but the start of squeaking sound was enough for me to go ahead with the replacement.

Excellent service. I am always well looked after when I come for car repairs and maintenance. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. It is the only place I use.

My car was ready an hour before the estimate. I waited for the repairs in a very spacious, clean, comfortable wait room. There was good communication and a good quality of repair.

five. hour wait
My appointment for my car to be serviced was 10:30 a.m. I asked for a wheel alignment, tires to be checked and fluids to be checked and I would wait for my car which is a Honda Accord . At 11:15 the young lady who took my car to be serviced found me in the waiting room and said the brake rooters on the front need to be resurfaced.and the transmission fluid needed to be changed. I agreed and she left. At 1:30 I began to worry about why I was still in the waiting room and asked someone to check on my car. He came back with Aubrey who was very apologetic and said it would still be a while before I got the car. At 3:30 p.m. she came and got me and took me to my car. I had been in that waiting room for six hours!!! No one should have to wait that long!
