Great service advisor. Great service department. Clean facilities. Super place.

Same as other dealers. You go in for an oil change and $300 later you are done. They wanted to changed my AWD differential. I told them no because I have front wheel drive. the window below the speed has different options that you can choose to see. I like to see the range and mile per gallon. the tech had left it on a picture of a oil container. I did not see this before i left the dealer. I did not know how to change it. Called mile high was not connected to anyone. called back was connected to Shawna's voice mail she had been my service advisor. left her a message - asking for help to get my range/mpg back - she did not bother to call me back. Once they have your money they are done with you. soo its an average or below average service place. Also on their site an oil change was advertised at $39.99. it was $49 or 59 on my bill. when I asked about it, I was told i need to say something in the beginning. Why not advertise a price and give it to everyone. Dealers teach young people how to cheat others out of their hard earned money while they smile in your face.

This Honda location has been good to me over the years. I have bought two cars from them and will continue to be a customer. The service center is also amazing and always helps me understand what’s going on with my car. They are so cheerful and nice.

Toni was a great service advisor. She didn’t pressure me to pay for services I wanted to delay a bit and she got me in and out in exactly the time she promised. Facility was nice and while browsing the sales lot I was frequently asked if I needed help without feeling pressured. Very good environment for a car dealership.

My service technician DAUT, and Matt were awesome. A+ service. I needed right front wheel bearing replaced and they did a marvelous job. The road noise was still apparent but they saw feathering in the tires which I subsequently had replaced rebalanced and the car now drives as though it’s on glass. Thank you!

From listening to my concerns that brought me in to service my car to just checking the tire air pressure. Everyone has always delivered great customer service with a smile and a courteous response to any of my questions. Especially my service representative Devin!
