Over the years have purchased many Toyota cars from Sterling Mc Call, with the exception of another make that turned out badly. Came back to Toyota, and Sterling Mc Call and pleased with the new Toyota , and Sterling McCall, and are pleased with the product and service that I remembered.

The service reps was late so another person have to step

The service reps was late so another person have to step in to help me out. The service reps furthermore, didn't introduce herself or goes over the options that is needed for my vehicle maintenance. This is a 2nd time that I have a bad experience at this place.
