Had a terrible experience today at Sterling McCall Toyota. It took them 3 hours for an oil change. That is unacceptable!

Coming from being a loyal Lexus customer I expected the same service to my disappointment I didn?t receive it. I brought my car in for a tire rotation after arriving I was told I would get oil change too. My appointment was at 10:20. I waited for someone to come outside to let me know my car was ready and no one did. I finally walked to the cashier and she had the paperwork, that was 2:00. I waited to talk to a supervisor and he never came so I left.
