Everything went as smooth as possible. Did not spend all day at the dealership! Made appointment and took me longer to decide on what I wanted as a truck. Once that was completed the rest of the process went smoothly.

I just wish the labor cost wasn’t as high as the actual parts cost but I still give 5 stars for the work & time this dealership put in!

Only the 2nd time, within a span of 2 months, that I've ever visited this dealership despite living in Houston for 22 years and owning 4 Toyotas vehicles all bought brand new. Service speed was terrible infact non existent. You can see the mismanagement right from when you drive up to the service bay. 3.5 hours for oil change and 2 fluid replacements. The text showing vehicle service status doesn't give reliable info. My vehicle stayed in check in status for over 2 hours. I had to message the service advisor and that's when it moved to second phase of inspection which took another 45 minutes. Old fluids were never shown. I have to just believe that the fluids and oil were changed in my vehicle for which I paid $430.00 The timing of the entire process makes me doubt if any work was actually done on my car and I don't feel confident about the service done. No paper floormats in the car, no car wash after service, oil change reminder sticker was not changed, I asked for air check which was not done since tpms light is still on. Absolutely no signs of any work being actually done. They sent me a summary or bill pdf of the work done and it showed a total of over $2500 which included all the suggested services for the vehicle and not just the ones I agreed for. Then I had to walk all the way from the cave of a service lounge to the service bay to get a clarification about that. Cars being brought out after service is another major fiasco. Completely mismanaged dealership. Previously I went there to look for a new car. None of the sales guys even walked upto us or asked us about what we were there for. Will never be doing any business with this dealership/location.
