Dropped my car off for my service appointment at 12pm.

Dropped my car off for my service appointment at 12pm. Wasn’t seen until 12:30pm. Tried to ask a nearby advisor, Jessica, for help. She was super rude and dismissive. Service advisor Pedro didn’t send any updates. Had to find him myself. Car was ready at 4pm. Simple maintenance service. Nice.

I felt it took longer than necessary to retrieve my vehicle. However, I enjoyed tha process of waiting. I interacted with tha staff and they acknowledged my presence in a very respectful manner! HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Normally I have a good experience at this dealership, but

Normally I have a good experience at this dealership, but that was not the case today. I tried to keep my calm and not get furious once the damage had been done because I understand mistakes can be made. What really set me off was how everyone wanted to act like it wasn’t a serious issue. The manager even made a snide remark that almost set me off but I kept my cool. I bought my vehicle and paid to be able to bring it here to get serviced. And honestly after today they left a really bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be buying my next car here, even though I had already planned to do so. I will go out of my way to purchase elsewhere.

They didn't change the oil as part of regular maintenance

They didn't change the oil as part of regular maintenance and spilled coffee on the top of the trunk hood.

I feel like James Chatman cheated me.

I feel like James Chatman cheated me. He has no customer service. I came to service my car and spent 5 hours. I told James Chatman that my brake was making noise, he already concluded it was brake pad and charged me $500. I feel cheated, if I didn?t tell him about the brake, he wouldn?t know to charge such amount. I feel cheated and am unhappy with the service cause the car still makes noise, I feel bad and cheated. His name is James Chatman at Houston location. Am not happy

Carlos was professional and told me all that is about to happen. He told me how long it will take to get me out of the dealership. He called me and told all that is needed to be replaced which was within my reaches and I told him to go ahead and fix it.. I will recommend this Sterling Mcall dealership to any of my friends and well wishers. Am completely satisfied.10/10 rating.
