I feel like James Chatman cheated me.
I feel like James Chatman cheated me. He has no customer service. I came to service my car and spent 5 hours. I told James Chatman that my brake was making noise, he already concluded it was brake pad and charged me $500. I feel cheated, if I didn’t tell him about the brake, he wouldn’t know to charge such amount. I feel cheated and am unhappy with the service cause the car still makes noise, I feel bad and cheated. His name is James Chatman at Houston location. Am not happy
