Had an appointment at 3 o’clock to get my oil changed and

Had an appointment at 3 o’clock to get my oil changed and I left at 5:30. Service advisor was very nice but it’s unacceptable to wait there that long for an oil change when you have an appointment he ended up comping the oil change, which was nice of him, but he said they misplaced my truck. That’s not what you wanna hear from a service advisor,

Arrived at the dealership at designated time and was promptly greeted. Heath, my service advisor, was courteous and professional. He wrote up the service order and requested a ride share for me and I was quickly on my way. The pickup (delivery of the vehicle) was just as smooth. I was very happy with my visit for service and would definitely recommend Grapevine Lincoln.

During the negotiation of the vehicle we had multiple

During the negotiation of the vehicle we had multiple managers lie about extra costs and the main salesman didn't even show up. Once the sale was made service stopped. Everything that was agreed to prior to agreeing the vehicle became like pulling teeth. Brining the vehicle back in to get it certified was estimated to take 1 day and it took 5. On the 5th day we were told we were un-reasonable for requesting that the car be clean and that everything that was agreed upon actually be upheld.
