I enjoyed my experience with Grapevine Ford!

I enjoyed my experience with Grapevine Ford! My salesman was Miguel. I told him what I could afford as a down payment and my payment range per month that I could not exceed him and Garry crunched the numbers and were able to find me a 2022 Nissan Kicks with low miles and the payments were below my max. I am so happy with my purchase and admire the customer service they both have shown me every step of the way!

The new car was in inventory with all of the desired

The new car was in inventory with all of the desired features and was also equipped with my preferred tire brand. The dealership environment is friendly and comfortable. The sales team is knowledgeable and they’re good listeners when purchase goals or limits are communicated. I was treated kindly and professionally. The sales team also presents themselves, in dress and grooming, as corporate professionals. The finance staff was efficient, clarified all questions and presented paperwork in an organized format.

As soon as we pulled into the service area we were greeted by Brendan Garner. He took care of us immediately. After the paperwork was complete he took time to show us a couple new vehicles eventhough he is a service manger. Finally and unexpected he arrange an Uber back to our home. We are very impressed by such personalized service. A great place

Very good experience with Grapevine Ford/Lincoln service

Very good experience with Grapevine Ford/Lincoln service dept on 3/22/25. Heath was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and from my description of problems, he knew exactly what the issue was. He was in constant contact with the mechanic and me, with diagnosis, cost for repairs and time frame for completion. Even had the car washed after. Will definitely use them for any future service needs.

I was in the market for a truck and been looking around

I was in the market for a truck and been looking around for a particular interior color that I found out was not available, but Jarvis and Cameron were able To not only get the exterior color that I wanted, but we were able to make change the interior color to what I wanted. Great service and it didn’t take all day!! Thanks again Jarvis and Cameron

From the start, the salesman understood I did not want

From the start, the salesman understood I did not want the expected back and forth of conventional dealerships. He answered my questions about a new vehicle on the lot, which was available. We went to the dealership and the salesman greeted me and answered all of my and my wife’s questions and went on a test drive. Our price discussion was relatively painless with clear responses in both directions. I got what I wanted and drove off with my new vehicle. Although this dealership is a little further away than I would like, I will be doing business with them again in the future. Staff was courteous and Jose and Dr. Champion (Garry) were excellent.
