I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how Blane and Zach from Grapevine Ford went above and beyond to help me get into the car of my dreams. I had a Bronco that unfortunately had some problems. I love the new Broncos and really wanted to get back in one, so Blane and Zach helped me make that happen.I am very grateful to Ford for making everything right by me. They helped facilitate my transaction from start to finish and kept me up to date on my order details. I am happy to be back in a Bronco and a customer of Grapevine Ford.

Grapevine Ford is the worst dealership ever!

Grapevine Ford is the worst dealership ever!! I will never purchase a vehicle from them!! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from an honest person then you might want to go somewhere else!! I spoke to three different managers and found out very quickly that they have absolutely no integrity!! Drove 5hrs one way to only find out that they mislead us on the price and then tried to get us to sign up with Ford Credit for a very high interest rate.. We had already had our financing worked out with a local lender with a low interest rate.. They did not like the fact that we wanted to use our own lender.. The vehicle was for my daughter and it was going to be her first car.. Needless to say we left without the vehicle and it devastated my daughter.. I would recommend if they have a vehicle you want then try to get it transferred to another dealership to complete the deal..

Exceptional communication with the team!

Exceptional communication with the team! I appreciate not only good communication but transparent open communication especially when buying a pre-owned vehicle. Everyone from the first person that greeted me to the finance manager made it a wonderful buying experience. During short waiting periods I would be standing waiting rather than sitting, multiple team members during those times would approach ‘have you been helped? Can I help you? How can I help?’ Clearly having folks stand around waiting unattended is NOT part of the culture at Grapevine Ford Lincoln. I received great customer service and everything I asked for was addressed and if not it was addressed when I picked up the car. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll tell all my friends.
