Chris was our salesman and he was the best.
Chris was our salesman and he was the best. So many times we have purchased vehicles and the salesman did not have a clue. He was well prepared for our visit and very knowledgeable about the car. He had all the answers and left himself open if we have questions down the road. I will define give him a 5 out of 5. We bought a new Lincoln Aviator.

They tacked on another $4500 on top of the price listed
They tacked on another $4500 on top of the price listed on cars.com for “accessories”. They were not willing to negotiate. Offered me $16k for my trade. Caravana offered $24k online. Would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for a fair deal.

Although I typically dread the car buying experience, Matt Hoopes made this time the exception. He made sure the smallest feature I mentioned wanting was met. Everyone I interacted with at this dealership (Matt, Joe, Chris) were very kind and attentive and never subjected me to that “pushy, hard-sell” approach.
