Our sales person Gabby was very polite and professional, and she was very knowledgeable about all of the Aviators features. When she did not know something about a question we asked she immediately went to find out. Jo in Financing was also pleasant to work with in navigating through that process.

I called this dealership an phone was answered

I called this dealership an phone was answered immediately. Mr Brandon Walker answered I asked him questions about the car I was looking for. He advise it was there so I told him I didn't have a lot of time to waste so could he send me the application to get approval for the car so when I test drive it if I like it sold an out the the door within 2hrs at the most. GREAT JOB to Grapevine Ford an Lincoln for the team they have. Most importantly to me about my experience was the time I spent at the dealership. I hate shopping and buying a 🚗..But I can spend all day in a clothing store shopping 😆 So this is a place I would come back to for my next vehicle

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. We completed all the paperwork and was told to come back today to pickup the car. We went to pick it up and was told they sold it to someone else. They tried to make it sound like a “mistake,” but the keys were on the Sales Manager’s desk and he knew the car was sold. They demonstrated extremely poor customer service & are that they are untrustworthy.
