BEST Car Buying experience

I walked into Vandergriff Acura to “just look” at a vehicle I saw on Cars.com. I was really JUST LOOKING. A few hours later I left in a car that was immaculate and exactly what my family needed. From the initial welcome at the door, to the discussion on what I was looking for in the vehicle, to the accessories I wanted added and finally to having my personalized tags transferred over to the new vehicle – Vandergriff Acura did it all with ease. It was very much the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Which could not have happened without Jonathan Lester and Brian Smith, EXCELLENT salesman who were both very attentive and listened to what I liked (and didn’t like) about the vehicle I had come to “look" at. My family and I left with a smile and a good deal on both the new car and my trade. I will remember this wonderful car buying experience for a long time to come and definitely consider a Vandergriff dealership when it’s time for another vehicle.

Great service from sales!

We just purchased a 2018 RDX from Fausto Rivera today. Fausto was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and professional. Being a fairly new sales employee at Vandergriff, he knew the Acura product well, explained the technology features and differences between the RDX and RDX technology option packages, all warranties and gave us an overview of the dealer's history. Fausto's straightforwardness made my wife and I comfortable with the dealer and the entire purchase experience. We would recommend Fausto and Vandergriff Acura to anyone considering an Acura purchase.

Great customer service!

Wade west was very helpful, knowledgeable about the Acura TLX I purchased. He followed up with me like he said he would and contacted me after my purchase to see if I was satisfied with my experience and purchase.

Mediocre experience

Acura RDX

We had an amazing experience buying through Blake and Wes at Vandergriff Acura. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and we were blown away by how much time and how in depth he was during our test drive. We never felt rushed or pressured by Blake to purchase through him and we were encouraged to take our time. When we decided to return a couple of days later to purchase, Blake was just as patient the first day and made sure he spent his time going over all options. Overall we were extremely impressed with Blake and would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase an Acura to go through him.

Excellent Experience

I had a great experience with Whitney and everyone at Vandergriff Acura. The process was smooth from beginning to end. They are efficient with time and don’t aim to keep you at the dealership for hours on end. They go above and beyond to get the deal done and ensure customer satisfaction. Great experience.
