Avoid Brian Smith
Dealer lower price and call and texted first thing in morning to set up a 1:30pm apt. Brian put into system and sent me an invite. Drive was 39 miles away and when I was 5 miles from dealership, Brian, calls me stating that car was maybe being sold. Arrive 5 minutes later and confirmed sold. Bad business. Why make an appointment and sell car right from under it. Brian's response was oh well!!!!.

Outstanding buying experience
This is my third Acura from Vandergriff, where I've always had great buying experiences. Blake is by far the most knowledgeable and polite sales professional. I appreciated his patience and desire to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with our purchase.

Relaxing Buying Experience
Mr. West made my buying experience a very pleasant one. I went in trying to decide between the ILX and TLX. Mr. West explained each car and explained all the packages. What I loved is that when I thought I had made up my mind on the ILX and after doing a test drive felt like I just wanted to give the TLX a look. Mr. West didn't even blink he went and pulled a TLX around (in the rain) and let me test drive that one. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Overall, AWESOME customer service. I would recommend Vandergriff Acura and Mr. West in particular to all my friends.

Damaged car mounting plates and won't fix properly
Purchased a car and they did $300 damage to the grill (drilled holes) mounting the dealer plates. Their fix is to cover it up with a $30 license plate holder. Advertised price wasn't actual price. They add on almost $2000 in 'dealer fees' once you get there. Go to another dealer.

Pleasant Buying Experience with Kimberly Najera
I purchased a certified MDX from Vandergriff in February 2019. Kimberly Najera did an outstanding job as my sales consultant and offered top notch customer service. Very happy with the service, particularly after the sale.
We worked with Jamonn and the service was fantastic! I am in the military and was in the middle of a move back to the US from overseas. I only had 1 week in the DFW area. Jamonn helped us find THE car that we were looking for at the price that we needed. What followed was the most impressive. The car happened to have just been acquired by the dealership, so Jamonn helped us close on the car and then ensured that we were able to take it home with a scheduled date to return for the normal detailing/paint touch up that would typically occur when the dealership acquires a car. He personally managed the project to ensure that everything could happen in one day and that it would be complete in time for us to leave town and continue our move. His follow through was great and he stayed in touch and sent updates of the progress as we went. The most impressive part of this was that it all occurred after the sale of the car. I feel like he really put in effort and wen the extra mile to make sure that we were taken car of. I would seek out Jamonn to work with him again and highly recommend him to friends or family who were looking for a car.
