Quick, easy, knowledgeable and friendly
As the mother of a very active toddler who loves wheels going car shopping can be a nightmare. Mike Mamula understood this, and I was able to complete 90% of my car buying via email and phone. Which meant no little fingers on every car! They made the experience easy, and quick. Mike was super knowledgeable about the car and able to answer each question I asked no matter how silly it was. He made sure when the car arrived at the dealership that I had picture sent to me asap so I could see the car. It was a great experience and I look forward to buying another from him when the time comes.

Unresponsive to calls and extremely expensive service
I bought a 2010 vehicle in 2017 from the #1 lot ( auction cars) Cost over 12 grand. Within months the alternator, water pump and transmission all had to be replaced. A month or so ago the engine blew and needed to be replaced.I called to complain and all I got was a run a round. They said I didn't know what I was talking about, I assume because I'm a women, but I already had it looked at from a qualified and trusted mechanic. They said that I would have to bring it in for THEIR mechanics to diagnose for a $120.00.charge. Thought that was ridiculous but I had the car towed from my mechanics to their service area and lo and be hold it was a blown engine!!! The cost to replace? $10, 860 plus tax !!!!!! But it's a new engine , I was told. Why would I want a new engine that would cost about as much as I paid for this 2010 car. Never did they tell me any alternative like maybe a rebuilt engine?. I told them I won't pay that and I would have the car towed BACK to my mechanic where I'll have an engine put in. Cost ? About $3000.00. I have been trying to get a hold of them to find out if the keys are still with the car and to pay the service charge. Called 3 different people, several times and STILL no one has returned my calls. I advise anyone NOT to get involved with this company, especially if you are a woman, as the manager BOB, treated me as if I were a xxxxx BEWARE

Used Car "Auction" Lot
I bought a car there with good car fax only to find out it was hit in the front, repaired and not reported. The car was missing parts from the accident. Then the battery went dead. I found out that the door switch, which beeps if your headlights are on, was broken. I was stranded with dead battery two weeks after I bought the car. Now I understand that car lot is full of lemons and the dealer don't spend much time on them. They are just trying to unload them. I payed slightly over Blue Book price and feel that the car should have been a lot less for the repairs I had to do on it.

Above and Beyond Again
A year ago September, I had purchased a vehicle from Mike! I had a wonderful experience, to know I wanted to go back in hope Mike would be able to help us again ! This time around, we didn’t really know what we wanted ! But when speaking with him, he provided us with information that allowed us to make our decision! He’s very knowledgeable on his vehicles and that helped us to narrow down our search !!! With many back and forth emails and phones regarding many vehicles, trying to find all our needs and wants, Mike finally found exactly what we were looking for ! Again, Mike listened to what we asked for, took time finding exactly what we wanted, and provided us with a truck that our family will be able to grow into! Another experience with Mike that made me realize again that he truly takes pride in his job!
