Wonderful experience! Purchased a new 2022 Kona sel. Our salesman, Chris Piro was very knowledgeable, provided quick service and was overall terrific to work with!

I have had nothing but problems with the car I bought from this dealership! I purchased a brand new Hyundai Elantra the car wasn’t even 2 yrs old and the engine needed replaced then a year later the starter goes mind you they are both covered under warranty and each time it’s like pulling teeth to get a loaner which I’m entitled to this last incident they left me without a vehicle for 5days even lied to me so that didn’t have to give me a loaner. You know I already am sick to my stomach that I have had so many problems with this car but they make it worse by not making sure I’m fully taken care of when there’s an issue and it’s covered under warranty!

He was very helpful and responsive with an issue I was having with renewing my registration MONTHS after I bought the car. I have been recommending him to everyone in the market for a new car! Brought in my Santa Fe for service. The Service Dept as always is top notch. The work done was great. The prices were on par with other garages. I will always bring my vehicles to Cochran for service.

I always have a great experience when I take my car in for service. I just took my car in for annual inspection. The service team is friendly, accommodating and kept me informed throughout my visit. This last visit I did not have the correct insurance card. they went online and printed out a copy for me. The waiting room is comfy and clean with a tv, free wifi, coffee and soft drinks. My appointment was for 7:30am and I was ready to go by 9:30am. They walked me through the inspection process. A friend met me there because she was taking her car to her service dealer and she was so impressed with the level of professionalism and the customer service that was displayed. My only regret is that I did not get everyones name.

Outstanding!! I found the exact vehicle on cars.com that I wanted at #1 Cochran in Monroeville, PA. Sadly it was sold a day before I reached the dealership. Jay Khan was appointed as our sales consultant. Jay gave me the bad news about the vehicle being sold. He jumped into action to find me another vehicle. I told him the features I wanted, and he jumped into action to find me another vehicle. Amazingly, it has all the bells and whistles I wanted. He than took time to walk me through use of all the features of my vehicle. He was so warm and personable. As far as financing, Taylor Brown also was phenomenal! Out of 5 past car purchases, this was the 1st time I didn't get any pressure from "the finance guy"! Taylor walked me through all my options and thanks to Technoloy had me complete all my documentation online on an IPad. What a relief, the process was thorough, complete and smoothly moved at the fastest pace I have ever experienced. Again, Taylor was very personable and gave me extra time and empathy to make my decision. Based on my experience from these guys, I am now a #1 Cochran fan. I just couldn't have a better encounter in purchasing a vehicle! Hat's off #1 Cochran for treating me the best!! Thanks so very much!!!

The service dept. did a timely and efficient job on our 30,000 mile visit... comfortable waiting area...reasonable cost...friendly and courteous staff. and they washed it!
