Great service and great deal

My salesman was Vic and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He and the finance manager explained everything, answered all our questions and were very considerate. this is the third vehicle I have bought from Cochran and very satisfied with each purchase.

Always Happy with the Service!

I have no complaints about Cochran's Service Team. Everyone is always very pleasant and accommodating and they let me use my coupons to saving a few pennies.

Tucson Hybrid

We worked with Shawn on getting a Tucson Hybrid, which is very hard to get. We ordered in June and Got in September, just like promised! The transaction was very easy, Shawn was always available for questions. During pickup, Shawn explained EVERYTHING to us about the cars features. #1 Cochran is def #1 in my book. Thanks again Shawn!

My experience with Cochran Hyundai!!!

Cochran Hyundai is definitely #1. I was very pleased with the ease of obtaining the lease of my 2022 Tuscan. When my car was due for it’s first oil change, the scheduling department worked around my schedule to bring it in. I received an oil change, fluids checked and filled, tires rotated, and a car wash. All of which was done as a complimentary visit. Everyone at Hyundai from my salesman, finance manager, and service team has been extremely helpful and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Beyond Expectations!

Got there a little early but they took me in right away. They took care of the issue and an hour later I was done and on the way home. Couldn't have been better... nice folks too.

Excellent Service at Cochran Hyundai Monroeville

The Hyundai service at Cochran in Monroeville has always been excellent. I have two Santa Fe's and I service both at Hyundai Monroeville. I always request Dale Szalanczy as my Service Advisor. I trust him to make the correct decisions regarding service to both my vehicles. Trust in a dealership is the highest praise that one can give to a dealer.

Good dealership… excellent service representative

When the parking/emergency brake quit working on my 2019 Hyundai Tucson, I took the car to Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville and met Dale Szalanczy in the service department. He quickly assessed the situation and suggested for safety reasons that I leave the car. He called back the next day indicating that the brake module had gone bad and they were searching for a replacement. He was honest about the supply chain shortages and said it could be two weeks to six months. But he quickly arranged for a loaner car which I drove for two months until the part came in. Dale was so easy to work with and he kept me informed about the progress in getting the part. I trust Cochran and the service work They. My Tucson is back and as good as ever!

Find another dealership or buy online!

Terrible experience- dishonest management and salesperson. They truly do not respect people’s time, as they kept me a total of about five hours, and they are dishonest about car values and what you could pay monthly. This dealership is the reason and example of why people dislike going to buy a car.

Terrible experience- dishonest management and salesperson. They do not value your time and are not honest with car values. If you don’t mind wasting half of your day, dishonest people, and feeling disappointed that a dealership plays tricks, then I would say this is the dealership for you. Otherwise, value your time and worth, and find a dealership with good people that aren’t out to play tricks on others.

Great Customer Service!

Purchased a vehicle here a few days ago. The manager and sales person were fantastic. I worked late and arrived late to the dealership. They stayed open well beyond closing to accommodate my situation. Everyone was pleasant and understanding. Bought the car and extremely pleased with the purchase!
