Problem fixed.

When arriving at Cochran Hyundai I had a friendly welcome from Mike. He listened to my explanation of the problem. He assured me they would take care of it. After they found the cause he came out and told me what it was and that it was covered under the warranty. And said it would be finished soon. I was surprised that in total from the time getting there until the repair was finished, was just about two hours. Shorter than I expected. Mike had the paperwork ready and in about two minutes I was leaving.

Excellent dealer for your next vehicle purchase.

My wife and I visited Cochran Hyundai in November looking to purchase a new vehicle. Jay K. greeted us and asked what in particular we were looking to buy. The car buying experience can be a huge hassle. Much has changed in present times. Jay explained everything completely, applying no pressure at all. The original car we had looked to purchase was not in stock, and there may be none for months. Jay showed us some other vehicles that may be in stock soon, again with no pressure to buy. After looking ay the Kona, we decided that was perfect. Jay checked on how soon some would be in stock, and we settled quickly on the one for us. When the Kona arrived, Jay called and set up time to pick up vehicle. The process of financing went exceedingly quickly and smoothly with Mr. Taylor in finance department. We are very pleased with our purchase, and would recommend Cochran to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you all for a great experience.

Care and respect

As always, I was treated with great respect. Michael took a lot of time listening to what I wanted done. Going on vacation, wanted oil changed and complete check-up. When I read his orders, I was so pleased. He explained exactly what I had said. Told service to check, tires, brakes and on and on. Giving them the reason. I was so pleased when I picked up my car. He took time to tell me what was done. Being a female, and a senior citizen, there are times when people overlook what I say (this old broad knows nothing). I was not treated that way. I felt very pleased at the amount of time and the respect with with I was treated. Guess this is why I help coming back

Best Service Department Ever!!

The service department at #1 Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville is the absolute best service department I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are always kind, courteous and helpful. They show me what's going on with my vehicle and are more than happy to answer questions. I've been going there for years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Special shoutout to Dale for helping me explain to my father via email the service I was doing on my car. Really super helpful and patient. Thank you Dale!

Pandemic Waiting For The Best, Crazy World Now!!!!

It was crazy to buy a car in the pandemic! I waited for this car to come to in. It made waiting for it exciting.But I knew Hyundai is the only brand I'll ever buy. This was my second time buying from this dealership(2010&2022). My late father brought from you as well, (2002) what can I say you always listen to your parents, happy I have. HELP, while on vacation.

While driving to the airport my car shut off at 4am!! I had to leave my car on 376 and catch my flight. I emailed Gary, the service manager, and he was able to provide me information on a tow company to come pick up my car. They checked everything out and determined that I was in need of a new engine!! I was able to get the engine covered under my warranty and they provided me with a rental car while my car was being serviced. Gary, Dale & Frank kept me updated about what was going on. They only had my car a week!! So grateful for the service that I get every time that I come to this location. Will only come here for all my vehicle needs & I suggest that you do the same!

excellent customer service

Brought my car in for annual oil change. Dale was very welcoming and got me in and out within an hours time. No hassle. I have had trouble using time Android Auto app. so I asked Dale for some help. He ran me through how to download Contacts and Driving Directions. Everything is good now. Thanks to Dale for going the extra mile in helping me.

Last honest dealership

I was getting the runaround from a dealership, so I decided to take my Elantra to #1 Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville. I couldn’t be happier with the move. The other dealership said my transmission fluid level was fine (I brought it in because of hard shifting), so I took it to #1 Cochran and they found it was OVERfilled. They checked this for free and always go above and beyond when I bring my car in for service. Just yesterday they replaced an ignition coil under warranty. No upwelling or scams, just honest service.

What happened to this dealership? I have had previous...

What happened to this dealership? I have had previous mostly positive experiences with Cochran Hyundai in the past. However, in attempting to buy out my leased 2018 vehicle I have run into horrible service and a comedy of errors. To say nothing about the required “Safety Inspection” on a just State inspected vehicle which amounts to a money making scam in my opinion. I still have not gotten an appointment for the inspection and I will continue to post here and other places.
