Alignment not done correctly, they said it’s the right tire, loool the tires are new. my car not fixed as it should. It lost power but, they didn’t do too much, it still don’t respond when accelerating, going back there is like going to xxxx. Rude and unprofessional employees, too much money for horrible service

So far so good. My salesman was Shawn Herman and he was outstanding. In 2019 i was in the market for a new vehicle and the Palisade was at the top of my list. Shawn was my salesman. Circumstances dictated that I didn’t make my purchase until 20 months later. Shawn was as considerate 20 months later as he was on day one. At only 3000 miles I haven’t needed any service yet so I can’t comment on anything beyond the sales team.

Victor yakin is outstanding.I understand everyone needs to make money. I didn't get screwed over and got afair price for my trade. Did not overpay for the new car in a market where product is in short supply. Victor was great...returned calls and explained things cheerfully during what has to be trying trying times. Nice guy and very helpful too! Explained financial and warranty stuff so my wife(bunny) understood. Made sure deposit check is being returned. As positive as car buying can be. Even followed up after we bought.

I have been working with Lee at #1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville for a number of years as my car dealer and I have always had a positive experience. This particular time, I worked with Lee to find a new car since my lease was up. All it took was a brief phone call and he started the work for me and I had the preliminary paperwork started and the process began. When my car was ready to be picked up, Don worked ahead of my arrival to coordinate setting up Blue Link and reviewed all of the features available in my car. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Lee, did a quick test drive, and I was sold. I worked with Mike and Taylor to complete all of the paperwork, which was also a quick process. Not soon after, I was pulling out of the dealership in my brand new Hyundai Elantra. I could not be happier with my experience and the professionalism of Lee, Don, Mike, and Taylor.
