It’s really sad!! Each time I take make car their they...

It’s really sad!! Each time I take make car their they will find something wrong which is not true, just to make money. This time, I checked my car and replaced all it needs to be replaced then took my car for pa inspection. They mass with my brakes which are new and said need brake fluid which I did it just 2 days before. After the inspection, I took my car, the same day I had a problem (engine light sign). Now , I have to take it somewhere else. Each time I take it there, they do something to my car just to make me going back. Sick and tired about this philosophy. Unprofessional guys

New brake rotors and pads, brake fluid changed, oil changed, new battery, new tires, new coolant …. And I did write date on all part changed, by myself. Was coming there for state inspection, only state inspection and I did write for him a note on a piece of paper “only state inspection please!”, so, when he did the inspection, he did say something about brake pads and brake fluid, I told him I did it by myself a couple days ago, he was complexed and said oh sorry I don’t know you know mechanic, he said you passed the inspection, just bla bla ….. he thought I don’t know anything and wanted to take advantage! After the inspection, I took my car, drove just some miles, engine light on! I knew it, he mess with something in my car because he wasn’t happy with me. What’s going on there!!? This is not how we do business! Unprofessional guys as I said, never trust you again, even my girl had appointment today there I could never let her come there again! We bought cars there, we always come there for any service, at the end you treat us as ….

Worst experience I ever had with dealership, still...

Worst experience I ever had with dealership, still waiting since June 9 for our check from trade and the bill of sale, ridiculous, should of sold my car to another dealer with instant check, said bill of sale was sent last week , how long does it take from monroeville to new Kensington? I get orders from Walmart in 2 days, very hard getting in touch with the 2 people involved in the sale of the car we bought. Very frustrated with this dealer would never buy another car there.

How friggn long does it take to look into this matter ???? Thursday July 8 in 2 days will be the month which said check will b here up to a month, no one in person ever responds to us, a pathetic company, it’s always a computer you speak with, next step we are gona call a lawyer.

Needed my brakes checked immediately and frank novobilsky was able get me an appointment for the following day. My brakes were checked and I have peace of mind. They were also inspected my car while I was there.

Great Experience

Friendly, outgoing staff. It was an excellent experience! I was able to discuss with a staff member the procedure for returning my car at the end of the lease. All of my questions were answered in detail.

Best place to buy a new car! Chris Piro Is wonderful we have bought 4 cars from him! Never ever again!Dealt with 2 salesman, neither followed...

Never ever again! Dealt with 2 salesman, neither followed up with me in regards to a Used Cadillac. Left message for Sales Manager & he as well never called. Apparently they have enough business! A month of aggravation trying to trade in my vehicle for a used Cadillac. Salesman finally got back to me with some numbers. I was going to hopefully finalize the deal. Guess what I was informed the vehicle was gone. Never notified that there was any interest from anyone else. Honestly stay away! You’re just a number to them.... I’ll take my business elsewhere. Someone that truly cares about helping you!!! HORRIBLE

Our salesman Don, as usual, gave us a great deal and helped us tremendously. We got out of a 1-1/2 year old lease on a car my wife hated and got us into our new Santa Fe which she loves
