Great service and friendly people from the sales staff to the finance department to the owner. We would recommend to our friends and family. We love our new truck too

Vehicle was in service to check on a vibration problem....

Vehicle was in service to check on a vibration problem. The only fix was software updates on the engine and trans. where the vibration still exists. I would assume additional tests on the drive train is warranted. Also, I requested a copy of the service paperwork and as of today no paperwork has has been sent.

My “works” package took almost 2 hours. I was there at my...

My “works” package took almost 2 hours. I was there at my appointment time, was told it would be ten minutes... that ten minutes turned into 40 minutes before they took my car back to get started. I was then there for an hour while they completed the work.

Most pleasant car buying/trading in experience I’ve had at a dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it was just a positive atmosphere there. They listened to what I needed and I’m no time I was in my new to me Escape. Very happy and satisfied with the dealership, my salesman and the entire team that had to interact with. Highly recommend them.

Fred did a great job helping make sure we could get the vehicle test drive and arranged financing. We arrive late, but made it happen so we didn’t have to come back or spend the night. We live 5 hours away.

My experience with this dealer was good. No problem...

My experience with this dealer was good. No problem getting the car I wanted. The dealer was very nice, courteous and helped through the whole process and tried to make it as speedy as possible. Only thing that would of been better for my experience would have been to get a thorough look at the car in person before buying it. Also I wish that they would have cleaned it up, gassed it and made sure to reset the oil light when they serviced it. Over all my experience was pretty good, I got the car I wanted with no hassle and drove it off the lot the same day.
