Buy and car and they missed $1200

Drove a car for 2 weeks and give it back because they $1200 in tax. I'm in a smaller car and hate it. Will not go back there for another. I just wanted to be put in a different stim vehicle of that model.

Positive experience

Responded to ad in CarGurus. Had good price for vehicle with warranty & dealer perks, I.e. Free oil change. Brandon Woodson was very responsive and informative & continues to follow up on minor request. Have not had service yet so can't comment. Would recommend dealer & Brandon.

Beware Buying or getting serviced

Bought a certified car from them. They offer free oil changes to customers. I went in for my first oil change 4 months after buying the car and they tell me I wore my break pads down and needed to replace because the caliper wasn't working properly. This was checked off as fine on the certified check list. I mean the mechanic saw the issue when he took the tire off just like he would have looked at it during the check list. They were going to charge me 250 dollars Until I complained. They charged me 75. Still ridiculous. They obviously did not check through everything properly and now I wonder what else could have been missed. I was ripped off 75 dollars. All the employees turn their backs on the customers (like my salesman Martin) once they get your money.

Do not purchase a used vehicle here !

I thought I was purchasing a reliable vehicle unfortunately it's a not even a year since I've purchased my vehicle, 2013 Altima and I've already spent over 600.00 in repairs. Their "warranty" means nothing and will not cover any part of vehicle, you basically need your engine to fall out for them to take any kind of responsibility. Save yourself while you still can.

Everyone was more than helpful

The sales team worked well together to get me what I needed. I had a very good experience. From the finance people to working with me on my trade on. I would recommend abeloff to everyone.

2016 Nissan Rogue

Excellent negotiating via smart phone with internet mgr Brendan Meyers. Love the car and the dealership. Everyone was very friendly, it felt like a family there!

liars and xx artists

i went ther cause they told me great deald great dealer many connections we take care of you.YEAH RIGHT. by that they mean gave a good deal to make me happy credit is alittle low. so by help me they mean ingnore me never return calls and xx me. if you and not so good credit they treat you like you have your hands in two cookie jars. both the salse man and sales manager are xx artitisr i even emailed the gm and not enough respect for me as a person to call me back

unsatisfactory customer service

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was easy and the customer service was great. In addition to the vehicle, I purchased a warranty and have had nothing but issues with service from Abeloff. Very disappointed with this dealership, as I was told they were number one in the area, but have received below average assistance. They have been extremely unresponsive and have caused many headaches. Would not recommend.

Nissan Abeloff Bartonsville

Tristan is an excellent salesperson, and I would recommend his service to anyone who is looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle. My grandmother just purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue 2016, and she is very satisfied with her purchase. She had an idea what she wanted and Tristan helped her along the way. I purchased my Altima back in 2014, and it was a Nissan Altima 2015. We are both proud owners.
