Very good buying experience
I bought a 2017 Kia Sorento and was very happy with the experience. Brendon was extremely knowledgeable and treated me very fairly. I got all my questions answered and did not feel any of the high pressure tactics used by some dealerships.

TLDR: Abeloff Nissan in Bartonsville, PA are shifty, shady people who charge an overwhelming amount of money for labor, do sloppy jobs, make you return multiple days for simple things, purposefully cause problems with your vehicle to bring you back in, and just overall rip you off for your time and A LOT of your money. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. I bought my jeep from them about 2 years ago. You get free inspections for life and 4 free oil changes. Every time I went in for a free oil change, they would find something wrong with the car. Something that I know for a fact wasn't a problem before I brought the car to them. This happened 3 times and I never used my fourth oil change and went to Competition tire for them after that. Now for the inspection. I bought the car in December 2017 and it was inspected until 11/18 meaning they had just inspected it. There was a chip in the windshield when I bought the car but they assured me it was no big deal and that it would pass the next inspection so long as the chip didn't move. Come 11/18, I took it to them to get it inspected and they told me I had to get the entire windshield replaced for a measly 600 dollars or so. Keep in mind I am a full time college student who works part time so this is just impossible for me. So apparently the chip was fine when they inspected the car with the intent to sell it but now that I had brought it back to them the windshield suddenly needed to be replaced. So now my story ends with my 11/19 inspection. I brought the car to them and they come out and tell me that the air cabin filter housing was never there and that it was obviously important to the car's performance. So now they're telling me that they sold me a car without a filter or even the housing for the filter. So fine, I pay for it, they tell me they need me to order it so I can come back the week after. An entire week rolls by and I still haven't received a call from them, so I have to take it upon myself to call and ask about the part. After navigating their horribly oblivious and apparently technologically challenged service/parts team, I'm finally told that yes, the part had been there for days and I can bring it in the next monday. When the next monday comes around I wait about 2 hours in the waiting room just for me to find out that they need special clips for the filter housing that they didn't know about so they would have to order them so I would have to come back Wednesday. So that wasted 2 hours of my day I could've spent studying. Finally, today, I go in and they have the clips. I only have to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes. The guy (I think his name was John?) tells me i'm all done and gives me the bill. The bill was 6.00 for the cost of the clips and 35.99 for the 10 minutes it took for them to put them in. I have been patient with Abeloff Nissan for two years now but this whole air filter ordeal has pushed me over the edge. They do sloppy work, charge astronomic labor prices, and they nitpick and screw with your vehicle so you have to spend more money than you should. Their service department is shady and unreliable. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else!

Awful
Awful experience. Confirmed car was available at 9:15 am and after an hour drive told me the car was sold the day before. Why waste my time?

Patrick we're sorry to hear about your experience with us and again apologize that the vehicle you were interested in sold shortly before you arrived at the dealership. We'd love the opportunity to earn your business moving forward!
Award winning Service all the way around !
I had an awesome experience yesterday. I went to Abeloff to see a vehicle they’d advertised on their website ,that I thought was very fairly priced. I was very pleased to find the vehicle was there with no hidden costs or no salesman bait and switch . The salesman Rick all the way to the Finance Manager and Including the Manager of dealership were professional courteous and fair. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from there again.

Finally a car salesman I did not want o run away from .
I have dealt with many car salesman in my life and almost all of them I did not trust then I met Brendan at Abeloff Nissan . I knew as soon as I started talking to him he was a good guy . I wish all car salesman were like Brendan . I told my wife about him and the next day she was with me to pick up the SUV and she spent some time with him while I did the paper work he went over the SUV from top to bottom with her and programed her cell phone with the SUV. When we got home she told me what I already knew what a great guy Brendan was .

Great Customer Service
I locked my keys in my car and called the parts department to find out information about making a master key to be able to get into the car . Within a hour a Staff showed up at my house with my 2 keys. Talk about good customer service. I don't know of any other dealer who would have done that .

Great buying experience with Jia!
Recently purchased a Nissan Murano from Jia at Abeloff Nissan. The entire purchasing experience from start to finish was exceptional and all involved were very knowledgable and efficient. Highly satisfied with the sales and financing staff. Very friendly dealership, highly recommend - felt need to write positive review since not all of our car buying experiences have been this positive.

A great dealership
There is a problem with the review platform. The window keeps closing before I m finished. This is a great dealership. Fast friendly service. Easy to get an appointment. They even wash your car. I also bought a 2017 Sentra here new. Great deal.

Thanks so much for the review and kind words! Drive safe Ed!
dont buy from here
I feel what so many do on here. I reached out beginning of Feb about a 2018 Sierra SLT leftover, only to be misguided and misled many times over. the simplest questions I had or the request to put forth in a proposal were inexcusable. they NEVER listened to me, the CUSTOMER and I'm so glad I bought elsewhere. STAY far and far away. In an industry that is so jaded and filled with mistrust, this dealer followed that terrible bias and trend.
