My family has purchased 5 new nissans from this dealer. We continue to take them all for service in the same dealer. Our most recent purchase a 2023 Nissan rouge has had a total 3 services performed at Abeloff Nissan. While visiting our children in Florida I took the vehicle in for service at Alan Jay nissan in Sebring Fl. Shortly after dropping off the vehicle the service manager contacted us to advise us that they could not perform the service as our engine oil drain plug is stripped out. They explained we would have to pay 550 dollars to replace the oil pan in order to perform the service. We immediately contacted the service department at Abelloff as they are the people who have ever touched this vehicle. To our surprise they refused to cover the cost. Instead they advised us to bring the vehicle to Pennsylvania and there they would cover the repair for the damage they caused. We explained again that we are nearly 1100 miles away in Florida and being advised not to drive the vehicle as the drain plug could fall out while driving and possibly lead to catastrophic engine failure. Never would i have imagined this is how we would be treated. Once we return to Pennsylvania we fully plan on trading in this vehicle but will no longer be for a nissan.

Worst experience I ever had in my life will never go back here or tell anyone to go here tried to offer me penny’s for my truck making me fell like my truck was junk the truck is a custom built one threw Chevy dealer and the appraisal guy was so rude to speak to trying to talk to me like I don’t know what he was saying lmao pls if I can give anyone advice don’t go here for a car have a great day

Before making a vehicle purchase we shopped online at several dealerships and we had the best experience with Abeloff Nissan. We traveled about an hour to Abeloff because the deal was by far the best . We took delivery and Shane was very helpful, he took his time to answer any questions and go over the technology. We also dealt with Keith in a he finance department. The experience was so positive that we came back two weeks later and traded our other vehicle in on a 2024 Armada . We dealt with Shane and Keith on the second purchase The sales manager Jeff was also extremely welcoming and made us feel appreciated.

These two, Shane Abdus and Keith McKay, are the reason we now own a beautiful 2021 Kia Telluride EX NIGHTFALL EDITION because due to their poor service, inability to work with buyers aka do their jobs, and Keith's vindictive tactics we literally just walked out of their showroom and went right to the amazing folks, Claire and Ryan, over at Nazareth Ford who worked with us and gave us a first-hand experience of what it's like to work with true professionals in this business. To say our experience with Shane and Keith was awful would be an understatement. First, someone should tell them they're in the people business because they have ZERO personality. None! Add to the fact that they're absolutely bad at their job. We turned down Keith's coverage so he turned into a class A unprofessional! And Shane seemed bothered from the moment we met him. Dude, you're there to sell vehicles, right? Not to huddle in that tiny room with the rest of your "bros." And then you have Keith, speaking to two individuals with advanced degrees (me and my wife)! Every time he spoke my wife and I looked at each other and smirked. Steve Munoz also played a role in setting us up with these two but I'll give him a pass... this time. The takeaway is to stay very very far away from this dealership in terms of buying vehicles. There are some REALLY good salespeople in this business. Check out Nazareth Ford. Had an absolutely great experience here. Made an appt to see a used truck. Truck was ready to go when I got there. They even sent me a video before I arrived. No crazy hidden fees and I was out with a detailed truck within two hours. The entire team was exceptional!

We went to Abeloff Nissan in Bartonsville, PA to buy a new-to-us vehicle. Our salesman, David Johnson, made it one of the best car buying experiences of my life. I never felt pressure to just buy something. I never felt obligated to accept something I didn't love. He worked very hard to get something we could afford. The sales manager, Nate, did everything he could for us as well. We left with a 2021 Nissan Rogue and we love the car and we're happy with the deal.

I had great experience with Eric Pena at Abeloff Nissan. He did good in getting all the necessary arrangements and document processes done for me to get my Nissan car.
