Horrible customer service in the service area!
I brought my 2022 BMW M4 here for service. Stefano the service advisor has got to be one of the worst service advisors I?ve ever come across. No update calls, nothing about what was done to my car (until I brought it up), no call to let me know my car was ready and on top of that my white seats when I came to pick up my car were full of blue stains from one of the employees pants. Then when I confronted Stefano (in a very nice way) he talked back to me and tried to make me feel stupid and that I had no idea what I was talking about. All in all, this dealerships service center has gone to crap since moving to Carlsbad. Oh and one more thing I noticed while driving home was that my (M2) individual settings were changed ? I hope the service guy had fun! I won?t be coming back to purchase another car here.

Good morning, I really had a bad experience at your
Good morning, I really had a bad experience at your service department. I understand that my vehicle is not a BMW and doesn't get top attention, but I did buy an Auto Nation vehicle and warranty. This is the closest dealership that I could get my oil change done at. I had an appointment at 8:15am on Saturday and it took until 2:30pm to complete (6+ hours waiting for an oil change 1 hour from my house). The customer service was ridiculous. My Consultant, Manuel Cosio, would rather watch his videos at his desk drinking Coke and eating chips. He ignored us sitting right in front of him and really didn't care that we were there. Everyone else in the service department were on their phones joking around with each other and riding on skateboards. There needed to be a supervisor or manager. This dealership was not professional and I won't go back.

Beware of Steven Marshalek
Let me start off first with our finance woman Morgan was amazing! Now I’ll try to make the rest short as possible. Our salesman was not very interactive and thankfully the car sold itself because he put minimal effort into the sale. Now a week later that I was contacted by Steven marshalek (finance manager) about documents that our salesman already had. I informed him multiple times that we already sent it but he refused to get it from his employee. Instead he was very rude and harassed me by forwarding the same email that I had already replied to. A few days later Steven had our salesman contact us asking for the same documents which we had sent him the day after purchase. He claimed he did not receive it and that it was incorrect. My wife then sent proof and outlined the info for them. After proof was sent we got a reply “that’s exactly what we needed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you!”. We’re very happy with our car and could have looked past the mediocre sales techniques in the future but after dealing with Steven we will never be back! Very unorganized and unprofessional!
