We brought in our X3 for regular maintenance and Manuel provided excellent service. He inspected our car and informed us we needed new tires. He showed us the tread and provided information about when to change each the front (now) and back (later) tires. We weren’t prepared to leave our car overnight so he was able to secure a loaner while our car was being serviced. He was communicative during the entire process and had our car back to us in a timely manner. Thanks Manuel!

I had a flat tire & contacted the new Carlsbad site which was difficult to do because the phone system is not good yet. It is the last dealer & the phone service is not good yet. It kept sending calls to Escondido. The run tire that was installed looks like it went through a rough move from Encinitas. Keith Sherman is a Service adviser from Encinitas & did an excellent job checking the tires & a complete check of my I-3.. When I bring the car for the yearly checkup, I will need another that shows wear but will be good until the November Yearly Service. I was happy to see Keith Sherman there directing service. He was able to get my car done in a few hours! Excellent same day service!

My salesman (Jay) and finance woman (Morgan) were great! Jay provided me with most of the required paperwork via email prior to flying down to SD to purchase and pick up my new car. Morgan made sure that the finance portion of the process went smooth and didn't waste any of my time. This was the second fasted car buying experience of my life. Thank you BMW of Carlsbad!
