Ramon was very helpful in getting me scheduled quickly for service of my vehicle and keeping me mobile with a loaner vehicle.

I went in for a Alignment. Dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning. I called at 4 and found out my car was not touched and the Service person who told me it would be done by noon, Keith Sherman did not call. I had to called and he did not answer nor return my call. I drove to carlsbad at 5:00 and he said it should be done by 5:30 sat until 6:00 and I was the only one in the waiting room. He did not apolgize for not returning my call or why the car took 9 hours to do a 45 min job at the most. Avoid the new service center and if you have to go aviod Keith.

This was my 4th service with BMW of Carlsbad since moving to San Diego from the Bay Area. I had been spoiled by the BMW service I had always received in San Jose, but B oF C exceeded my expectations here in service, staff professionalism and timely appointments.

I was having my car serviced and Brian was very helpful. The temporary facility was not ideal.

My service advisor, Stefano, with BMW of Carlsbad is the best. He always extends WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I own four BMWs. all vehicles are 2022 2023 models. I only use Carlsbad of BMW for all service work. Not because it is convenient. (There are two other BMW dealerships within 5 miles of my residence. BMW of Carlsbad is over 30 miles away). I use the dealership for all service and parts orders because of their elite customer service.

Ask for Juan, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they?re stuff.

I am a first-time BMW shopper (now owner) and my experience at BMW Carlsbad far exceeded my expectations for customer service. Demetrio Trujillo, my Client Advisor, was exceptional. He greeted me right away, asked all the right questions to hone in on the best vehicle for me, was technically savvy (he knows these cars!), patient through the process and willing to do whatever necessary to make me feel confident in my purchase. He took the time to demonstrate and explain multiple features of the vehicle and followed up after I got home to make sure I knew he was still available any time to explain how anything worked. Even with the financing process, the time was shorter than any other car purchase I’ve had which I was grateful for. Overall an incredible experience, fantastic vehicle and I feel comfortable knowing the team is available whenever I need. THANK YOU!

Ben Regis(Salesman) was great to work with and really went above and beyond to earn our business online, by phone and in-store. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him. Only negative is that no introduction to SM or GM was offered which makes a huge difference for future point of contact and showing appreciation for one's bussiness.
