West Side GM

West Side GM was timely in contacting me. Chris was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would do business with them in the future.

My family has bought 22 cars and trucks from WESTSIDE GM and Diane Grant-Simenson over the last 30 years. Kudos to DIANE for her 30 years of selling our family so many vehicles!

To date West Side was my worst car buying experience. They tried to pull tricks and completely alter the deal that was already agreed upon, then when I wouldn’t agree said they were just going to put the truck back on the lot and sell it and wouldn’t hold it 1 day till Monday . Mind you the details of the deal were already agreed on prior to me driving an hour out there, I held up my end of the bargain they did not, even though I went over the details with the salesmen i was working with a half dozen times or more so there wouldn’t be any surprises that day. I will never go to West Side again nor recommend anyone I know go there. In the past year I bought a truck from them, as did a co-worker from the railroad I sent to them on recommendation. Now, I will do quit the opposite and go out of my way to let others know how bad they treat customers. People please just pay attention to how dealerships treat customers when the supply of vehicles is low, and remember that for when things get back to normal. West Side just lost a customer for life.

Purchase used vehicle. Two days later noticed squeaking sound from my steering wheel. Took it back to dealer who stated they would try and find the problem. After making an appointment they had my vehicle for 1 1/2 hours, where upon they told me they had know idea what the problem was, and that was all the time they had approved to find problem and I would have to bring it back in where they may have to charge me two hours to find problem and whatever to fix it. I understand I purchased a used vehicle but you would think they could do more for me. I feel they do not back up the vehicles they sell. I mean if you purchase a vehicle online they at least give you 7 days. Please be careful. Will not purchase again from this dealer, and do not suggest you do.

Fast took care of my needs sent me on my way. Keeps me informed as to next appointments that may be needed oil changes or tire rotations ect.

Awesome people that were patient with me on choosing me truck. Once I decided the process went really fast. I was driving my truck off the lot the same day.

Have been buying vehicles from Jim and Diane Grant at West Side for the last 10-15 years. When it came time to order a new Camaro that's where I went because I knew they would get me the car that I wanted with the options that I wanted. Something that some bigger dealers weren't real interested in doing, Always feel welcome there even if is just to ask a question.

Very helpful & friendly. Very willing to answer all my questions. Diane is very helpful with questions I have about the way things work on the inside of my car.8
