Jayme Larson is an outstanding service representative. She was courteous, prompt and helpful. Jayme in combination with Rachel Lopez my sales representative made my first service visit for my BMW 5X a total success. Highly recommend BMW of Tucson

I?ve had my 3series serviced here a couple of times and this is a great dealership. Staff is very friendly and professional and not pushy. They provide a list of factory recommended maintenance items based on the year/mileage and tell the costs and you are free to pick what you want done. No pressure. Making a service appointment is easy. It?s online and quick. Prices are reasonable and the facility is clean.

Great Customer Service BMW Tucson

Not happy

I brought in my 2020 X7 for a multitude of problems. After waiting 3 weeks so that I could have a loaner car, I am not happy at all with the service I received. My repairs included an oil change, diagnose why I needed to add a quart of oil before it was time to change the oil, diagnose why check engine light was occasionally coming on, rotate tires, and fix rear seat that would not lock in. A couple of hours later I received a text with a video diagnosis. The service tech advised I needed to replace my rear tires (4/32). The service advisor also called to say that I needed a software update for air flaps to work correctly for a charge of $375. She also said they could not rotate the tires unless I purchased new rear tires. I purchased 4 new tires from the dealer late Last year. According to her records the rear tires have 12,000 miles on them. I asked about the warranty and she told me there is absolutely no warranty from Bridgestone. I told her that is not correct but she insisted. I told her I would not be replacing the tires. 12,000 miles is ridiculous. A couple of hours later I received another call that the software update did not fix the problem and I would need to remove the front bumper and replace the air flaps for $1300+. And if I did they would not charge me for the software update. At this point I was so annoyed I said no. She also told me since I decided not to purchase tires they would go ahead and rotate them. Hmmm ? so were they pressuring me to buy tires and when I wouldn?t decided they should at least get the money for a rotation? They kept my car overnight at just after 9 am my service advisor called and left a message. The service was done and the car was in line to be washed. I arrived about 2 hours later, was charged for the system update that did nothing, waited about 15 min while people were wondering around looking for my key, and my car was never washed. Now my check engine light is on all the time and they changed the setup on my screen. Today I received a message that my tire pressure was not correct. They moved the back to the front and left them at 42 instead of changing to 34 and over inflated the rear tires. I am thoroughly disgusted by the service that I received at this dealership. I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership and never would in the future. At this point I think as long as I live in Tucson I will not own another BMW because the service is sooo bad.

Run flat tire replacement

BMW honored the tire replacement policy I purchased when I had the tires replaced. Jayme Larson and Tyler were very accommodating and smoothly facilitated my service experience.
