Professional and friendly. Great that you offer a shuttle service and refreshments. However would be better if appointment time is exactly that with no over bookings.

There were many cars in line for servicing.

There were many cars in line for servicing. I was pleasantly surprised how efficiently and in friendly way the service staff including Ryan were handling it. As usual, Ryan went through the service items for $30 K and also introduced me to Jayme. She will be my new contact since Ryan is now promoted to Managerial position. The second pleasant surprise was Jayme sent me a video of the car area which needs to be attended in next few months. I appreciate the friendly & courteous nature of staff and time they take to explain. Thank you.

Incompetence

Drivetrain notice alert and squealing brakes when reversing. Drivetrain issue was a bad auxiliary battery which needed replaced. Squealing brakes were supposedly a brake dust buildup which were resolved by removing the dust. Took over a week to obtain and replace the battery and the brakes still squeal. My wife had trouble getting service staff to communicate with her and when they did, what was promised did not match reality.

Finally got my recall done and they did an inspection of my BMW. They found two leaks. Fixed them. Now I am good to go. Ryan was awesome to deal with.

I continue to have great experiences at my BMW dealership in Tucson. Jayme Larson, my service advisor, is professional and very good at what she does. I, also, appreciated the service video I was provided. If & when I decide to purchase a new vehicle I will buy another BMW.
